La Civetta Apartment

The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults plus a child up to three years of age, who will be provided with a cot. There are no extra beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and access is also possible for people with motor disabilities, for whom a special bathroom has been created.
It's composed by:

• A bright kitchen-living room, complete with all necessary appliances and utensils, where there are two bunk beds
• A reserved double bedroom;
• A spacious bathroom with shower.
• 1 laundry room

At guests' disposal there are also, at the foot of a centuries-old mulberry tree, an elevated private swimming pool and a parking area for two cars. Pets are allowed.

The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels and is equipped with:

• Air conditioning in every room;
• Television;
• Free Wi-Fi;
• «Dolce Gusto» beverage machine, suitable for preparing coffee, tea, ginseng, chocolate, etc;
•  Gas cooker with four burners;
•  Refrigerator with freezer door;
• Washing machine;
• Dishwasher;
• Electric oven;
• Vertical freezer with three compartments;
• Clothesline, iron and ironing board;
• Microwave.
